If you weren’t using the supplied software, the tearing would make you think the device is terrible.
This could also just be with the ezcap172 using OBS Studio and not using their ArcSoft Software.
Hope it will work for more people who are still struggling with Windows 10.
Finally I could find the driver that worked for my Eas圜AP (CSL USB2.0 Video Grabber) under Windows 10. Tearing for this device was definitely visible.
